I called to ask to have a video tape changed over to a digital format. They were able to accomplish it quickly without any problems. They were able to transfer the one tape within 4 hours. The price is reasonable compared to others. They can repair your damaged tapes before conversion and they clean the tapes before conversion as well. They are local to me so drop off was easy. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Jeremy. I had a large collection of old tapes and photos that I’d been wanting to digitize for years, but I was always nervous about shipping such personal media out of state. I was moving the last of my things from LA to NY and I came across all of my old family photo albums (like 40+ albums). I knew I didn't want to ship them cross country because of house bulky they were and I also knew I wanted to digitize them so I could save them forever. I found Jeremy on here and after we spoke, I felt that I could trust him with my family's history. Jeremy picked up all my albums from house and started scanning. In the end, he scanned and digitized 6,623 photos from 42 photo albums. I couldn't believe how many photos we had! These would have just been gathering dust and turning yellow over the years, because really, who goes through their printed photo albums anymore. Now I have all of these photos at the tip of my fingers, on my phone, computer, you name it, and all organized so nicely into their own albums. He did all of this work in just a few short week, which totally surprised me. To top it off, he had a very fair price, better than his competitors, and honestly, it was worth every penny. I couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone looking to do the same without hesitation! Thanks for everything Jeremy!

They were a mix of Digital 8, Cassettes, Hi-8, and MiniDV (I only know these terms now bc Jeremy told me). As a millennial all these seemed very foreign to me and I didn't know where to start. I knew I wanted to be able to watch the videos but I had no idea how I was supposed to do that. I was SO lucky to find Jeremy with Memory Converter. I am currently watching childhood videos (on my laptop!) of myself and my brother that I didn't even know existed. I'm so thankful that Jeremy made it possible for these memories to live on in my family. Service was super quick, price was fair, and Jeremy gave me updates along the way.
